Seo Power Suite Enterprise Ed - Rank Tracker &Amp; Seo Spyglass

I decided to make a new and updated one as the information in that old thread is outdated. Special thanks to no4h~ for contributing on my outdated thread.

Firstly, download this specific version of SEO Power Suite here:

http://adf.ly/YouvM After installing, there will be option to either start now or cancel. Choose cancel. Do NOT open anything yet.

After exiting, go to your hosts file, usually located here in

Windows 7: c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Windows XP Pro c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts or c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Open with notepad and enter both these lines at the end of the file.

127.0.0.1 link-assistant.com 127.0.0.1 www.link-assistant.com Make sure there is no space at the beginning of the line or it won't work. To check whether you did this correctly or not, go to www.link-assistant.com. If you are unable to access it, you're good to go! If not, you must have done something wrong.

Launch either of the modules after editing the hosts file and click the Help tab at top of the window. Click the last option and you will see a prompt telling you to enter your code.

Enter the following codes for each respective module manually:

Make sure you do not have the "Use your own proxy" option checked. If you do, uncheck it or it won't work.


To update to the lastest version

Close all the modules running in the background and remove the lines from your hosts file that you've added earlier on. If you've done it right, you should be able to access the Link Assistant site. Download the latest version here:
http://adf.ly/YouvP After downloading it, add the lines you removed back to your hosts file. This step is very important. After doing this, just run the latest .exe file you downloaded and overwrite the old install for SEO Powersuite. If you've done this right, you should have the latest, updated and working SEO Powersuite. You can check this by opening up each module and if you've done it right, you should see your previous license being registered.

DO NOT HIT THE OK BUTTON. Instead, click the X button to close the license window.

If you have a previous version and this doesn't work

1. Uninstall the software with Revo Uninstaller here:

2. Restart your computer and go to

C:Users\username\AppData\Roaming folder.

3. Remove all the files related to Power Suite. There will usually be some .properties files leftover from the modules that you've used. Make sure these are removed. Save your Rank Tracker\Spyglass data somewhere else.

4. Download and run Ccleaner. You can get it from here for free if you haven't already.

http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download 5. Reinstall the old .exe file provided and follow the above steps.
